From the moment I landed in the Northwest in 1993, I knew Western Washington was going to be special. All I had to do was figure it out! Starting with a music Industry background (Crazy Pinoy Promotions / Lost And Found Recordings) and then opening a luxury ground transportation business (Dexter Limousines, Inc), combined with an eleven year tenure at Consolidated Restaurants (Elliott's Oyster House, DC's, Union Square Grill, Metropolitan Grill), I became immersed in all things Seattle! While all that was being managed, Jamie and I began buying houses.

By 2004 we realized we knew how to identify undervalued and underappreciated residential properties, earning more money than my other businesses combined.

Closing all of our other interests was not easy, but we managed to do just that, by taking six months to break apart everything, putting together a plan that allowed us to focus on www.GeneDexterHomes.com and hanging our license at RE/MAX Integrity.

The real estate business is not an easy thing. It can be unforgiving for practitioners who do not have commensurate business experience, marketing background, and a huge understanding of the marketplace in general. Some believe it is simply a matter of printing business cards and telling a friend or two about what he or she is doing. Well, good luck to that. Your choice of realtor should be someone who has made this business his or her lifestyle, not just a job or idea.

For my wife Jamie and I, we live for many reasons, but real estate is central to most everything we do, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We represent both buyers and sellers. In addition to "everyday" transactions, we have a list of about eight active clients and companies who go after the flip, rental and owner occupied markets. My main LLC is JNG Enterprises, and it combines the efforts of childhood friends from Southern California (West Hollywood/Beverly Hills), investing in the future of Seattle.

We currently reside in three counties. Like I mentioned before, understanding the marketplace is important, and we enjoy living everywhere!
